General Loan & Special Loan are to be recovered in 60 equal monthly instalments Sanchayeeta Advance is to be recovered in 120 equal monthly instalments Total limit of the General Loan and Special Loan is Rs. 12,00,000 or 12 months gross Salary whichever is less. Minimum net Salary must not be less than 20 % of Gross salary after deduction of all loans. A member can defer his/her sanctioned loan Application Maximum for a period of 6 months. No loan will be paid within last year of service. Loan will be recovered either in 60 months (120 months in case of Sanchayeeta Advance) or in the remaining period of service whichever is less. Emergency Advance will be recovered in EMI [Equated Monthly Installment] instead of Interest deducted at source (at the time of disbursement.) with effect from 14/09/2015. Emergency Advance Limit has been enhanced from Rs.50,000 to Rs.1,00,000 wef., 01/04/2015 Salary certificate must be signed by the pay disbursing Authority. One member can avail General loan, Special loan and Sanchayeeta Advance and Emergency Advance after minimum deduction of eight monthly instalments. The Monthly EMI on Loans are to be charged as per the amount derived : General Loan = Rs.2028 per Lakh Special Loan = Rs.2076 per Lakh Sanchayeeta Advance = Rs.1240 per Lakh Emergency Advance = Rs.5357 per 1 Lakh for 20 Installment
